Returns & Refunds
In addition to your statutory rights, Two Eight Three Five is happy to offer the option to return or exchange your purchase due to a fault or change of mind. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!
Here are a couple of things you need to know about our Returns Policy:
- We offer full exchange or refund provided you return the item/s within 30 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with labels/tickets attached.
- You will also need to provide your original receipt and/or online order confirmation email.
- This does not apply to earrings, cosmetics, lingerie, hosiery and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items will only be exchanged.
- Click & Collect orders can be returned in store.
- Unfortunately, we can’t action refunds or exchanges via the online store at this stage; however, you can take your item into our Cobar store for an exchange or contact us to find out how to arrange a refund or exchange.
